EY is seeking an experienced Assistant Director for their Business Valuations team in Strategy & Transactions in London. The role involves delivering high-quality valuation services to clients, supporting complex business transactions, and leading technical valuation analyses across various sectors.
As an Assistant Director, you will lead complex business valuation engagements, provide technical expertise in financial and valuation methodologies, and deliver strategic insights to clients during significant corporate transactions. Your primary responsibilities will include developing comprehensive valuation models, conducting detailed financial analysis, and preparing robust valuation reports for diverse client scenarios.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced financial modeling skills, extensive experience in business valuations, and a strong understanding of accounting principles. A relevant postgraduate qualification in finance, accounting, or business is required, along with professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in valuing businesses across multiple industries and transaction types is essential.
