Job description
EY is seeking an experienced professional for an Assistant Director role in Business Valuations within their Strategy & Transactions team in London. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in financial valuation, deal support, and strategic business analysis, with the ability to work on complex valuation projects and provide high-quality insights to clients.
Primary responsibilities include conducting comprehensive business valuations, performing detailed financial analysis, supporting complex transaction processes, developing robust valuation models, and providing strategic advisory services to clients across various industries. The role requires deep engagement in merger and acquisition valuations, financial due diligence, and delivering strategic recommendations.
Required experience includes a strong background in financial analysis, advanced degree in finance or accounting, professional certification such as CFA/ACA, minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in business valuation, transaction advisory, or investment banking. Candidates must demonstrate advanced financial modeling skills, exceptional analytical capabilities, and proven track record of managing high-profile client engagements.
