The role involves supporting clients in improving their economic, environmental, and social performance, with a focus on integrating sustainability into business strategies. Ideal candidates are recent graduates in economics or environmental engineering with strong English skills and a passion for sustainability.
The primary responsibilities include supporting senior colleagues in various project types such as sustainability reporting, climate change mitigation initiatives, technical audits and due diligence on environmental, health, safety (HSE), and ESG topics, management system development for environment, energy, health, safety, and quality, and developing sustainability strategies.
Required experience and skills include a specialized degree in economic or technical disciplines (Environmental/Energy Engineering or related), excellent English proficiency, advanced MS Excel skills, willingness to travel in Italy and internationally, and a strong team-working orientation. Additional masters or specialized certifications are viewed favorably.
