EY is seeking a junior consultant in performance improvement for their Toulouse office. The role involves working on transformation projects across various business areas, including organizational change, process optimization, and digital transformation. Ideal candidates are recent graduates from top engineering or business schools with strong analytical skills and a passion for technology and innovation.
As a junior performance improvement consultant, you will be engaged in transformation projects involving administrative and strategic initiatives, organizational mergers, process reengineering, simplification projects, change management, and program transformation. You will participate in high-stakes missions, working with multidisciplinary teams combining sectoral expertise and organizational and information systems skills.
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate from a top-tier engineering or business school with prior internship experience in consulting, organization, transformation, or information systems. You should have a strong understanding of corporate ecosystems, a keen interest in information systems, technological innovation, and digital technologies. The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, rigor, and tenacity.
