As a public sector consultant, you will work directly with various public structures including ministries, state operators, and local authorities, focusing on transformation projects such as administrative restructuring, process reengineering, organizational changes, and public policy modernization initiatives.
Ideal candidates are graduates from Sciences Po, business schools, or universities with a demonstrated interest in public sector consulting. You should possess excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, rigor, tenacity, team spirit, curiosity, and leadership potential. Fluent English is required, and prior experience in consulting or public sector organizations is highly advantageous.
