The role involves supporting organizations through their sustainable transformation journey, working with leadership teams across various industries to develop and implement sustainability strategies.
Primary responsibilities include constructing change strategies for sustainability, developing roadmaps in collaboration with operational teams, establishing data collection and extra-financial performance tracking tools, and creating integrated governance frameworks that maximize financial and social/environmental capital.
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate from a top engineering, business school, or university with a strong interest in sustainability transformation. They should possess excellent analytical skills, adaptability, leadership potential, and fluent English proficiency.
