As a junior consultant in the Transaction & Restructuring team, you will assist clients through the entire process from identifying key challenges to implementing target solutions, working on strategic missions and transaction consulting like due diligence and M&A across French and international contexts.
Candidates should have completed an internship in audit, transactions, or financial modeling, demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills. A solid financial background, excellent English proficiency, and preferably a second foreign language are required. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to synthesize information, and methodical approach are essential.
