The role involves supporting major financial function transformation projects, working with leading international clients, and developing expertise in digital technologies and financial processes. Ideal candidates are recent graduates from top engineering or business schools with a finance specialization and strong teamwork skills.
This role focuses on participating in major transformation projects for financial departments, including creating shared service centers, performance management, margin optimization, cost reduction, process improvements, and implementing emerging technologies like predictive analytics, data visualization, process mining, and RPA.
Candidates must be recent graduates from top-tier engineering schools, business schools, or universities with a finance specialization. Preferably, they should have completed an internship in an audit or consulting firm or within a financial department of an international group. Strong teamwork skills, curiosity, leadership, and analytical capabilities are essential. Fluent English is required.
