EY is seeking entry-level digital transformation consultants to join their Digital & Agile Transformation team in Paris. The role involves supporting clients across various industries in their digital transformation strategies and projects, working with executive teams and IT departments to optimize performance and manage project risks.
Primary responsibilities include defining digital transformation strategies, scoping and piloting digital programs, working with executive management and IT departments to implement digital initiatives using both traditional (V-cycle) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Safe, Agile PM) across various client sectors.
Required experience includes being a recent graduate from a top-tier engineering school, business school, or university with strong knowledge of information systems, technological innovation, and digital technologies. Candidates must demonstrate excellent English proficiency, strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, curiosity, leadership, and analytical capabilities.
