Job description
EY is seeking two consultants for their Digital HR competence within the People Consulting team. The role involves advising clients on HR digitization, technology solutions, and digital transformation, with opportunities to work on diverse engagements across multiple industries.
As a Consultant in Digital HR, you will lead project workstreams from planning to implementation, work alongside clients, support sales processes, prepare and facilitate workshops, and contribute to generating profitable revenue by building lasting client relationships.
Candidates must have a relevant master's degree, 1-3 years of industry or consulting experience, strong technical skills in HR management, digital HR technologies, data analysis, and the ability to manage stakeholders in fast-paced environments. Experience with HR technology solutions like ServiceNow HRSD is highly preferred.
