Job description
EY is seeking a dedicated Consultant for their Employer Reward team within People Advisory Services. This role involves providing strategic solutions for labor cost optimization, tax exemptions, and financial support for employers across various industries. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in law or economics, with at least 2 years of relevant experience and excellent communication skills in Dutch/French and English.
Primary responsibilities include analyzing and optimizing employer withholding tax exemptions, evaluating payroll costs, identifying financial support opportunities for employee learning and development, and providing tailored consulting solutions to help businesses reduce employment costs and improve reward strategies.
Required experience includes a master's degree in law or economics, preferably with additional fiscal expertise, minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role, excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch/French and English, and a collaborative, innovative mindset focused on delivering exceptional client experiences.
