Required experience includes 3-8 years of professional experience in accounting or consulting, team management or leadership skills, proven accounting expertise including tax declaration knowledge, proficiency in accounting tools, Excel, and strong adaptability. Candidates must have excellent English language skills and the ability to learn and propose continuous improvements.
