Required experience includes strong analytical and synthesis skills, ability to challenge ideas, deep understanding of insurance operational models, distribution channels, market regulations, and financial/extra-financial data processes. Candidates should have experience in insurance business and person insurance value chains, operational front-to-back processes, and regulatory frameworks.
