Job description
EY is seeking an experienced consultant with expertise in ESG data for the financial sector, focusing on data strategy, regulatory compliance, and sustainability reporting. The role involves working with financial institutions to develop and implement data governance and ESG strategy frameworks.
Primary responsibilities include defining data strategy for ESG challenges in finance, analyzing regulatory impacts, managing implementation projects for new regulations, improving data reliability, establishing extra-financial data quality control frameworks, and leveraging technologies to enhance ESG data usage.
Candidates must have over 3 years of experience in the financial sector with proven experience in CSR within Financial/Risk Departments of banks, regulators, or supervisors. Strong knowledge of Sustainable Finance regulations, ESG understanding, and expertise in extra-financial data providers and impact assessment models is crucial.
