Primary responsibilities include supporting financial departments in implementing ESG/CSR strategies, preparing roadmaps for ESG integration, participating in new reporting framework implementations like CSRD and Green Taxonomy, assisting in extra-financial reporting tool selection and deployment, developing ESG data integration models, and redesigning extra-financial reporting processes.
Required experience includes a Master's level education (Bac+5), minimum 3 years of experience in audit/accounting firms or corporations, strong communication and proactive teamwork skills, technical accounting and financial capabilities, and operational English proficiency. Knowledge of ERP, consolidation/reporting tools, and familiarity with Green Taxonomy and CSRD regulations are highly valued.
