Job description
EY is seeking an experienced financial consultant specializing in ESG/CSR for its Rouen office. The role involves supporting financial departments in implementing extra-financial reporting frameworks, developing ESG data strategies, and helping organizations integrate sustainability challenges into their financial processes.
Primary responsibilities involve supporting financial departments in integrating ESG/CSR challenges, implementing new extra-financial reporting frameworks like CSRD and Green Taxonomy, assisting with extra-financial reporting tool deployment, developing ESG data roadmaps, redesigning extra-financial reporting processes, establishing internal control mechanisms for extra-financial activities, defining extra-financial performance management systems, and supporting ESG risk integration.
Required experience includes a master's level education (BAC+5), minimum 3 years of experience in audit/accounting firms or enterprises, strong communication skills, proactive approach, team orientation, technical accounting and financial capabilities, understanding of ERP, consolidation/reporting, or BI tools, knowledge of green taxonomy regulations and CSRD, and successful experience in deploying extra-financial reporting.
