The ideal candidate will possess an outstanding university degree in insurance sciences, business administration, business informatics, or mathematical economics, preferably with initial experience in the insurance sector. Key requirements include knowledge of implementation methodologies like Agile and Waterfall, certifications in project management, and foundational understanding of insurance core systems, system architectures, AI, and data technologies. Strong analytical skills, precision, flexibility, and excellent communication abilities in German (C1 level) and English are essential.
