Job description
EY is seeking a Junior Consultant for its Customer & Business Transformation team in Paris. The ideal candidate will support major international transformation projects, focusing on CRM, e-commerce, and digital customer experience. You'll work with diverse teams across various sectors like Energy, Automotive, and Public Sector, delivering strategic marketing and digital transformation initiatives.
As a Junior Consultant, you will frame large-scale CRM, E-commerce, and Marketplace transformation projects. Your primary responsibilities include developing customer journeys, defining user processes, creating customer experience levers, analyzing marketing data, and translating insights into market recommendations.
Candidates should be recent graduates from top engineering or business schools with prior internship experience in marketing, digital transformation, or customer relations. You must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, rigor, entrepreneurial spirit, strong analytical capabilities, and a collaborative team approach. Fluent English is required.
