Job description
EY is seeking junior consultants to support financial services organizations in their HR digital transformation and change management initiatives. This role involves working with clients in the financial sector to redesign HR strategies, implement digital solutions, and drive organizational transformation.
Primary responsibilities include conducting HR digital transformations, managing change programs, developing HR strategies, implementing learning and development projects, designing future HR information systems, and leading change management for transformation programs.
Candidates should have a degree from an engineering, business, or university program specializing in HR, with internship or work experience in HR. Strong English language skills are mandatory. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and demonstrated interest in HR transformation and digital change management.
