EY is seeking an experienced Consultant to join their Prudential Risk & Regulation team in Amsterdam. The role focuses on helping financial services clients implement and comply with complex prudential regulations, sustainability reporting, and risk management requirements. Ideal candidates will have a strong academic background, preferably in financial law or risk management, and be passionate about understanding and implementing regulatory frameworks.
This role involves advising clients at the intersection of trust and sustainability, specifically focusing on compliance with prudential regulations, sustainability reporting, regulatory reporting, and risk management. You will work closely with financial services clients to implement and interpret complex regulations like Capital Requirements Regulation, Payment Services Regulation, and Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive.
The ideal candidate will have a master's degree or be completing their university education, preferably with a background in financial law or risk management. You should be proactive, ambitious, and interested in specializing in prudential regulations. Strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in Dutch and English, and a keen interest in understanding new regulations and industry trends are essential.
