Job description
EY is seeking entry-level consultants to join their reward strategy consulting team in Paris. The role involves supporting clients on compensation projects, developing reward strategies, and working with international teams. Ideal candidates are recent graduates from top business schools with strong analytical skills and an interest in HR consulting.
Primary responsibilities include supporting clients on compensation projects such as conducting salary studies, defining compensation policies, job classification, designing short-term and long-term incentive schemes, analyzing fiscal impacts, and managing incentive plans across international contexts.
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate from a top business school or university with a master's degree in HR, management, finance, or law. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, excellent teamwork abilities, and fluent English are essential. Candidates should be dynamic, proactive, and committed to continuous learning.
