Job description
EY is seeking experienced consultants for their Financial Services Office Actuarial Pension team. The role involves providing actuarial consulting services across pensions, compensation, and long-term financial strategies, with opportunities to work on diverse projects and international teams.
Primary responsibilities include conducting social benefit regime mapping, regulatory monitoring, actuarial evaluations of personnel benefits, international reporting and consolidation, assisting in personnel benefit governance, designing stock compensation plans, financial projections, and supporting mergers and acquisitions due diligence.
Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of actuarial experience in consulting or insurance/mutual companies. Required skills include adaptability to complex environments, proactivity, analytical thinking, strong teamwork, excellent communication, and proficiency in English. Candidates should be motivated to work on varied projects and contribute to the firm's consulting growth.
