Job description
EY Consulting seeks a Senior Change Management Consultant to support major organizational transformations for international clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of consulting experience in change management, with expertise in strategic and operational transformation projects across various business domains.
Primary responsibilities include conducting stakeholder interviews, facilitating workshops to assess change impacts, co-designing change management strategies, developing communication and training plans, building ambassador networks, tracking change management KPIs, and regularly engaging with diverse stakeholders during organizational transformation projects.
Required experience includes a high-level advanced degree, minimum 3 years of change management consulting experience in organizational, digital, and/or cultural transformations for large international corporations. Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, leadership, and the ability to develop relationships with diverse stakeholders.
