Job description
EY is seeking an experienced HR Transformation Senior Consultant in Paris to help clients develop strategic HR solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of consulting experience in HR transformation, organizational change, and social strategy, with strong leadership and communication skills.
Primary responsibilities include supporting HR transformation projects such as change management, leadership engagement, social and HR dimensions of transformation, merger and acquisition support, talent management using HR data and analytics, designing new hybrid work models, revising compensation systems, and digitalizing HR functions.
Required experience includes a high-level graduate degree, minimum 2 years of consulting experience in HR transformation, proven ability to work with high-level executives, strong interpersonal skills, agility, and the capability to develop team knowledge and relationships.
