EY Consulting is seeking a Finance Transformation Intern in Paris to support major transformation projects in financial departments. The role involves participating in strategic initiatives, process optimization, and implementing emerging technologies across client finance functions.
Primary responsibilities include designing and implementing large-scale transformation projects, creating Shared Service Centers, performance management, margin optimization, cost reduction, process improvements, and implementing emerging technologies like predictive analytics, data visualization, process mining, and RPA.
Required experience includes being in the final year of a top-tier engineering, business school, or university program with a finance specialization. Candidates should ideally have previous internship experience in audit, consulting, or within a financial department of an international group. Strong teamwork skills, curiosity, openness, leadership, and analytical capabilities are essential. Fluent English is mandatory.
