EY is seeking a digital transformation intern to work with their Digital & Agile Transformation teams. The role involves supporting clients across various sectors in their digital transformation strategies and projects, working with executive management, business units, and IT innovation departments to drive digital optimization and performance.
The primary responsibilities include participating in digital transformation projects, defining project strategies, managing digital programs, and supporting clients in implementing digital initiatives with a focus on performance optimization and project risk management. The intern will work across the entire value chain from R&D to change management during deployment.
Required experience includes being in the final year of an advanced higher education program (engineering school, business school, or university), with strong knowledge and interest in information systems, technological innovation, and digital technologies. Candidates should have a fluent level of English, strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, curiosity, leadership, and strong analytical capabilities.
