Job description
EY seeks a starting tax consultant for their Global Mobility team in Eindhoven. The role involves advising international clients on tax and social security aspects of cross-border work, developing mobility programs, and serving as a central point of communication between various stakeholders.
The primary responsibility involves assisting international organizations with their global mobility strategies, ensuring compliance with tax and social security regulations for cross-border employee assignments. This includes developing and optimizing mobility programs, maintaining communication with client employees, and providing strategic advice on international workforce deployment.
The ideal candidate will have a completed university degree or be in the final stage of their studies, with excellent Dutch and English language skills. Strong analytical and numerical capabilities are essential, along with proactivity and precision. The role requires a keen interest in tax legislation, social security laws, and international employment regulations.
