EY is seeking a tax consultant for their People Advisory Services team in Arnhem. The ideal candidate will provide expert tax advice on payroll and employment regulations, working closely with clients and internal teams to navigate complex tax scenarios and compliance requirements.
As a Tax Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include advising clients on payroll tax implications, consulting on employment conditions and related regulations, supporting clients with work cost positions, providing guidance on hiring external personnel, and ensuring clients are informed about tax law changes and relevant jurisprudence.
The role requires a university degree in fiscal law or fiscal economics, preferably with prior tax advisory experience. Strong numerical and analytical skills are essential, along with proactive and precise working methods. Excellent Dutch and English language skills are mandatory, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders is crucial.
