As a Consultant in the PAS Global Mobility team, you will help clients manage complex compliance, reporting, and risks related to global employee deployment. This includes collaborating with international organizations on their global mobility strategies, ensuring compliance with existing and emerging legislation, and maintaining communication with client employees about tax and social security implications of cross-border work.
Candidates must have a completed or near-completed university degree in tax law or tax economics, be willing to pursue the three-year Dutch Tax Advisors Association (NOB) training program, have 0-3 years of relevant tax experience, and demonstrate strong affinity for cross-border employment. Excellent Dutch and English language skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive attitude are essential.
