As a Consultant in the PAS Global Mobility team, you will be responsible for advising international organizations on their global mobility strategies, ensuring compliance with tax and social security regulations for employees working across borders. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with international teams, maintaining client relationships, and developing comprehensive mobility programs that optimize global workforce deployment.
The ideal candidate will have a completed university education in tax law or tax economics, be willing to pursue the three-year Dutch Tax Advisors Association (NOB) training, and have 0-3 years of relevant tax experience. Strong numerical and analytical skills, proactivity, accuracy, and excellent Dutch and English language skills are essential. Candidates should demonstrate adaptability, a sense of humor, and a positive attitude towards building a collaborative work environment.
