As a trainee consultant in Transaction Services, your primary responsibilities will include conducting detailed financial due diligence for potential company acquisitions. You will work in teams to analyze comprehensive financial, legal, fiscal, social, and regulatory information about target companies, contributing to reports that help clients understand the financial quality, operational conditions, financial stability, and growth perspectives of potential investments.
Ideal candidates are final-year students from engineering or business schools with preferably prior experience in audit, Transaction Support, Private Equity, investment banking, or financial analysis. You should have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, numerical proficiency, and strong interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and you should be open, adaptable, autonomous, and committed to delivering high-quality client service.
