EY is seeking Digital Strategy & Customer Experience Intern Consultants to support the strong growth of its Technology Consulting business. The role involves working with financial institutions to drive digital transformation, develop new operational models, and create innovative customer experiences in a rapidly changing financial ecosystem.
Primary responsibilities involve working end-to-end on digital strategies, defining new customer journeys, developing innovative digital solutions, and transforming organizational work methods. Tasks include coordinating resources for digital transformation and participating in strategic consulting projects for financial institutions.
Candidates should be final-year students from engineering, management schools, or universities, preferably with a financial or organizational specialization. Strong digital affinity is crucial, with startup experience highly valued. Candidates must demonstrate analytical skills, methodical approach, dynamism, autonomy, and interpersonal capabilities.
