Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Security, minimum 3 years of cybersecurity experience with governance and compliance focus. Strong communication skills, ability to work in dynamic environments, and technical problem-solving capabilities are essential. Relevant cybersecurity certifications are considered advantageous.
