EY is seeking an experienced Data Team Tech Lead for a hybrid role in Warsaw. The ideal candidate will lead technical streams of implementation projects, manage team performance, and work with advanced data technologies across global projects.
Primary responsibilities include leading technical implementation project streams, communicating with onsite coordinators, planning and monitoring project deliverables, managing team performance, fostering teamwork, and providing training and mentorship to project resources.
Required experience includes 6+ years of commercial experience, proficiency in T-SQL/PL/SQL, Python, Databricks, Spark, Azure/AWS data stack, database design techniques, data warehousing concepts, version control systems, Agile methodologies, and strong English communication skills.
