Job description
EY is seeking a Digital Experience Consultant to drive customer-led digital transformation. The role involves collaborating with industry leaders to design and implement cutting-edge digital experiences using design thinking and agile methodologies, with opportunities to work across the entire project lifecycle.
Participate in digital experience initiatives by translating business requirements into actionable configurations, leveraging platform capabilities to deliver personalized and seamless customer experiences. Support end-to-end digital transformation projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions.
Candidates must have 3-6 years of experience in Business and Technology Transformation programs, with proven expertise in Business Analysis, workshop facilitation, and requirement gathering. Strong technical skills in digital experience platforms like Adobe, Sitecore, and Salesforce are essential, along with exceptional communication and facilitation abilities.
