Primary responsibilities include creating quarterly, annual, and consolidated financial statements, implementing technical systems for financial and non-financial reporting, and developing solutions to make accounting processes more efficient for clients. Trainees will work in small teams and receive mentoring support throughout their program.
Required experience includes having a high school or university entrance qualification with excellent performance in German, Mathematics, and English. Candidates should demonstrate strong numerical affinity, analytical thinking, and an interest in economic and sustainable connections. Strong communication skills in German and English are essential.
