Job description
EY is seeking a French-speaking Executive Assistant in Wrocław to support senior management with administrative tasks. The role requires excellent organizational skills, proactive attitude, and fluent French language proficiency, offering a dynamic work environment with hybrid working model.
As an Executive Assistant, you will be a crucial support for key company executives, managing complex administrative responsibilities including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations and reports, arranging travel and expenses, and serving as the primary point of contact for senior management.
The ideal candidate must possess fluent French (C1 level), exceptional communication and organizational skills, be proactive and adaptable, and have 1-3 years of professional administrative experience. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
