Job description
EY is seeking an experienced Corporate Secretarial Associate in Luxembourg to support complex corporate governance and secretarial functions. The role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple corporate tasks efficiently.
Primary responsibilities include managing corporate governance documentation, supporting board and committee meetings, maintaining statutory registers, preparing corporate documents and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for corporate entities.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in corporate secretarial work, strong understanding of Luxembourg corporate law, excellent administrative and organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced international environment with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
