Job description
EY is seeking a young talent passionate about innovation and process optimization to join their Supply Chain & Operations team in Milan. The role focuses on supporting businesses in their transformation journeys, specifically in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), working closely with interdisciplinary groups to integrate digital systems and efficiently manage product lifecycle data.
The primary responsibility involves participating in process analysis and review for product development, supply chain, and operations. The candidate will identify improvement opportunities, propose innovative solutions to optimize business performance, and reduce costs across various operational domains.
Required experience includes a degree in engineering (preferably management engineering), 1-3 years of experience in organizational or consulting contexts, familiarity with enterprise information systems, project management methodologies, and strong analytical skills. Candidates should demonstrate flexibility, team spirit, data analysis capabilities, and proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
