Job description
EY-Parthenon is seeking a Manager for their HR Transactions team, focusing on Transaction Strategy & Execution. The role involves leading HR-related projects in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transformations across national and international companies, requiring strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
The role involves operational project management of strategy, M&A, and transaction projects, including due diligence, carve-out, and post-merger integration. Responsibilities include leading teams, participating in project acquisitions, analyzing HR systems and processes, and strategically evaluating HR implications for clients.
Candidates must have a completed university degree in business administration or a comparable quantitative field, with at least five years of consulting and/or corporate finance experience. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial modeling skills in Excel, analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills in German and English are required.
