Primary responsibilities include analyzing HR risks and potentials during company transactions, developing compensation models, and evaluating financial and personnel implications.
The ideal candidate will have a completed degree or doctorate in Mathematical Sciences, with a strong background in insurance mathematics, financial mathematics, statistics, and programming. Strong analytical skills, interdisciplinary thinking, and an interest in consulting are crucial. Candidates should have knowledge of stochastic processes, statistical methods, and basic programming skills.
