As part of the Turnaround & Restructuring strategy team, you will develop customized strategies to create, preserve, or regain value for clients. You'll support international transformation and performance improvement projects, working closely with experienced project teams to solve complex business challenges and deliver strategic insights.
Ideal candidates are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (preferably in third year) or Master's degree from a leading university. Strong academic performance, prior internship experience, exceptional analytical skills, excellent MS Office proficiency, and strong communication skills in German and English are essential. A background or specialization in restructuring, strategy, or transaction consulting is preferred.
