Job description
EY is seeking a student to join their HR Transactions team in Frankfurt, working on digital employee benefits solutions and developing tools for insurance mathematical evaluations. The role involves supporting the development of databases, analytical procedures, and reporting solutions for HR transactions.
Primary responsibilities include supporting digital employee benefits solutions, developing tools for insurance mathematical evaluations of pension obligations and stock-based compensation instruments, creating robust database solutions for automated report generation, developing analytical methods for HR data consistency and quality assurance, and implementing Power BI solutions for HR information presentation.
Required skills include studying Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Mathematics, experience with VBA, PowerShell, SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power Platform. Strong teamwork, communication skills, and proficiency in German and English are essential. Candidates should demonstrate high learning readiness and openness to new topics.
