Job description
EY is seeking a Junior Consultant for their Process & Control team in Risk Consulting division. The role involves supporting corporate clients across various sectors in analyzing processes, identifying potential risks, and implementing internal control systems. Ideal candidates are recent graduates or final year students in economics, law, or management with strong analytical skills and interest in risk management.
Primary responsibilities include analyzing client procedures and processes to detect anomalies, supporting companies in implementing internal control systems across departments like Marketing, HR, Supply Chain, Purchases, and Finance. The consultant will ensure compliance with sector regulations, manage corporate governance risk scenarios, and conduct internal auditing to verify procedures and policies.
Required experience includes being a recent graduate or near-graduate in Economics, Economic Sciences, Political Sciences, Law (corporate track), or Management Engineering. Candidates should have brief internship experience in consulting or companies related to Risk & Compliance or Audit. Strong interest in corporate risk assessment, mitigation, and audit topics is essential. English proficiency at B1 level and a valid driving license are required.
