EY is seeking a Junior Consultant for their Tech Treasury team in Milan. This role offers an opportunity to support Treasury & Financial Risk Management projects, working closely with managers and senior managers on end-to-end consulting engagements in the financial technology domain.
Primary responsibilities include reviewing treasury processes, assessing application landscapes, collecting business requirements, defining functional and technical specifications for treasury management systems, designing process models, and supporting key users during implementation, testing, and go-live phases.
Ideal candidates will have a master's degree in Management Engineering or Economics, strong knowledge of business processes in Treasury, Administration, Finance, and Control, excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel), and proficiency in English. A strong team orientation, willingness to travel, and interest in digital technologies and data analysis tools are crucial.
