EY is seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting professional to assist clients across various industries with financial digital processes, compliance, reporting, and strategic consulting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and the ability to provide innovative solutions for diverse business needs.
Primary responsibilities include assisting clients with financial digital processes such as year-end closings, audit assistance, financial statements, tax compliance, management reporting, budgeting, analytical bookkeeping, and financial health analysis. The role involves working with clients across multiple industries like automotive, government, consumer products, media, entertainment, oil and gas, and technology.
Required experience includes a bachelor's or master's degree in finance or economics, minimum 3 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, strong proficiency in Dutch and English, advanced analytical and entrepreneurial skills, attention to detail, and tech-savviness. Experience with ERP systems and Exact Online is preferred.
