Primary responsibilities include supporting the PMO Lead in delivering major business transformation programmes, managing project logs, developing project reports, helping shape innovative solutions, supporting governance forums, maintaining integrated programme plans, managing invoice and payment processes, and effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
Required experience includes 3+ years in a PMO or Business Analyst role in Financial Services, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, ability to positively engage with multiple stakeholders, handle ambiguity, and preferably hold a Project Management certification like PRINCE2 or Scrum Master. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and previous budget management experience are essential.
