Primary responsibilities include understanding EY's service offerings, delivering consulting services across various domains, utilizing structured problem-solving techniques, identifying process improvement opportunities, managing project teams, facilitating client workshops, and driving business transformation initiatives.
Required experience includes strong understanding of core business operations, excellent client relationship management skills, proven experience in delivering transformation programmes in Financial Institutes, demonstrating expertise in strategy, operating model design, lean process improvement, and agile transformation methodologies.
