The role requires managing full project lifecycles, collaborating across teams, and delivering high-impact technology transformations with excellent project management and communication skills.
Primary responsibilities include managing the delivery of complex finance technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing end-to-end delivery processes from requirements gathering to deployment, collaborating across teams, developing detailed project plans, serving as a point of contact for project status and risk management, and providing technical leadership to project teams.
Required experience includes a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, business administration, accounting, or finance, minimum 8 years of technology delivery experience with 3 years at a blue-chip consulting firm, strong expertise in finance technology systems like SAP and Oracle, advanced project management skills, ability to operate in multi-vendor environments, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and proven ability to deliver business value through technology.
