Primary responsibilities include implementing and overseeing EY's global Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) program, providing legal advice to service lines about privacy and data protection risks, supporting the transformation of PIA processes, and working as a legal advisor for global service lines to help understand their development pipeline of new tools while supporting privacy by design development.
Required experience includes being legally qualified with a current practicing certificate, having 3-5 years of relevant legal experience in data protection, solid knowledge of EU data protection legislation (specifically GDPR), familiarity with cross-border data protection scenarios, and preferably holding internationally recognized privacy certifications like CIPP/E, CIPT, and CIPM.
